Shipping Rates (Australia)
We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $15 on all orders within Australia.
Delivery times are based on Australia Post guidelines and may vary depending on your location.
Signature on Delivery

Customers may choose to add Signature on Delivery at checkout for an additional fee (set by Australia Post).

If you do not select Signature on Delivery, ENKKO SKIN cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced parcels once they have been lodged with Australia Post.
Timeframes are carrier estimates and may vary during peak periods or for remote areas.
Processing & Delivery
We aim to ship all orders within two (2) business days of receiving payment.
For custom orders, dispatch timing will be arranged with you directly.
Orders are sent via Australia Post Standard or Express, and a tracking number will be provided. If there is any delay in dispatch, we will notify you promptly.
For delivery timeframes, please refer to Australia Post estimates from Melbourne (VIC) to your location.
Liability & Address Accuracy
We do not accept liability for any loss or damage due to late delivery.
If an incomplete or incorrect address is provided and the parcel is returned to sender, the cost to re-send will be payable by the customer. Please check your shipping details carefully before confirming your order.
We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not meet the conditions outlined above.
Please ensure the delivery address is secure. Once marked as delivered by Australia Post, ENKKO SKIN is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels.
