Refund policy
At ENKKO SKIN, we’re committed to the quality of our products and your satisfaction. All return requests are handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged, please email us at support@enkkoskin.com within seven (7) days of receiving your order.
We will arrange for the item to be returned and inspected. If the product is found to be faulty, a replacement will be sent within two (2) business days of receiving the returned item.
If a refund is required under Australian Consumer Law, it will be processed back to the original payment method within five (5) business days of receiving the returned product.
Return shipping costs for faulty or damaged items will be covered by us.
Change of Mind & Hygiene Policy
Due to the personal nature of our products—particularly handmade soaps and other skincare items—we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, hygiene reasons, or if the product has been opened or used.
We appreciate your understanding as this helps us maintain the quality and hygiene of all ENKKO SKIN products.
Return Shipping Costs
If a return is accepted for reasons other than damage or fault, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost parcels.
