1. Where are you based?

We’re based in Mickleham, Victoria, Australia. All ENKKO SKIN orders ship from our local studio.

2. Do you ship internationally?

Not at the moment — we currently ship within Australia only. If this changes, we’ll update our shipping page and share the news via email and socials.

3. How long does shipping take?

Orders are packed within 1–2 business days.

  • Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

You’ll receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.

4. Do you accept returns?

We accept returns on damaged or faulty items within 7 days of delivery.
Due to the personal nature of our products, we can’t accept returns for change of mind.

5. Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us at support@enkkoskin.com and we’ll do our best to help.

6. Are your products handmade?

Yes — everything is handcrafted in small batches using natural ingredients. Slight variations in color, scent, or texture are part of what makes each item unique.

7. How should I store my handmade soap?

To extend the life of your bar, store it on a draining soap dish in a dry, well-ventilated area between uses.

8. Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes — we offer mini faux leather gift bags in a variety of colors. You can add them to your cart at checkout.

9. How do your car diffusers work?

We offer two styles: hanging and clip-on. Each is pre-filled with either essential or fragrance oils depending on the scent.

Hanging diffuser: Remove the stopper, screw the lid on, tilt briefly to saturate the wooden cap, then hang upright.

Clip-on diffuser: Clip directly to your car’s air vent. Scent is released with airflow.

Each diffuser lasts 4–6 weeks depending on usage, climate, and fragrance strength.

10. What’s the difference between essential oils and fragrance oils?

Essential oils are naturally extracted from plants and offer soft, earthy aromas.
Fragrance oils are crafted using a blend of natural and safe synthetic components to enhance longevity and variety.
We select each oil based on what suits the scent best.

11. Do your bath soaks contain parabens?

No — all ENKKO SKIN products are 100% free from parabens.

Parabens are synthetic preservatives commonly used in cosmetics. While they help extend shelf life, they’ve raised concerns for sensitive skin and hormone disruption.

Our formulas use dry, shelf-stable ingredients — so there’s no need for synthetic preservatives.

12. Are your ingredients natural?

Yes — our soaks are made with natural salts, plant extracts, and essential oils. Some blends may include phthalate-free fragrance oils or naturally occurring components like limonene or linalool (found in citrus and floral oils), which are always listed for transparency.

13. Are your bath soaks safe during pregnancy?

Some essential oils may not be suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding. We recommend checking with your healthcare provider before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have health concerns.

14. Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

Our formulas are gentle and made with natural ingredients, but everyone’s skin is different. We recommend a patch test before use — especially if you have sensitive skin or known allergies.

15. How do I use the bath soaks?

Pour the entire contents of the pouch into a warm bath and stir gently. Soak for 20–30 minutes. Rinse skin and pat dry. For best results, use within 6 months of opening.

16. How should I store my bath products?

Keep pouches sealed and stored in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Avoid introducing water into the pouch to help maintain freshness.
